Tartlets
Only by preparing these tartlets, You will realize that they are worthy of Kings! For the competition " Queen of the cocktail."

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    250 g

  • Butter

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Cream cheese

    200 g

  • White chocolate

    80 g

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Lemon peel

    1 piece

Cooking

Roll out the dough, cut glass circles and divide them into segments with a ruler.

Rounds each of the segments. The result is the shape of a flower.

"Flowers" put in shape, oiled.

Bake at temperature of 180 gr. until Golden brown.

While baskets are baked, prepare the cream. This rubs incandescent yolk with 100 g sugar.

Heat the cream, add to them the pounded sugar, the yolk and cook until thick on a slow fire.

Once thickened remove the cream from heat and allow to cool. When the cream has cooled, add cream cheese and gently stir.

Protein, beat with the remaining sugar in a solid foam, add to the cream, stir gently. White chocolate (50 g) RUB on a small grater and add the cream. Also grate the lemon zest and mixed into the cream.
