Medallions of Turkey bacon in the convection oven
Such a tender and tasty breast meat would seem dry Turkey, it turns out, probably only in grills. I was fascinated by the whole family. Recommend for Tanya Samoilova and her Margot, for Венерочки71 for irina_vip and Alice with their wonderful baby. And all who have AH, little kids and who likes low-fat but tasty meat.


  • Turkey

    500 g

  • Bacon

    6 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Spices


Turkey fillet cut across the grain into steaks. To beat between the layers of cling film.
Salt and pepper white ground pepper on both sides. Cream, mustard, lemon juice, powdered sugar, olive oil to make a marinade for medallions.
Dip each medallion in the marinade and put in a plastic container. Put into the refrigerator for at least 30-40 minutes (can be overnight).
Convection oven preheat. Remove the meat and place on high grill (I put the bottom tray for draining fat). On top of each medallion lay a strip of bacon. Bake at maximum for 10 minutes (I have a single-speed AG).
Turn over and bake other side at the maximum is also 10 minutes.
