Tartlets with cream cheese and trout
Amazing appetizer! One of my favorite. The idea from the book, the name can not remember now (the recipe has long been "live" in my culinary book), like "Snack fish". Highly recommended!

Ingredients

  • Trout

    100 g

  • Tartlet

    12 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Parsley

    2 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper
