Elegant appetizer, just a kaleidoscope of tastes!

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    300 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    4.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Shrimp

    120 g

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    0.25 piece

  • Garlic

    0.5 tooth

  • Caviar

    90 g

  • Vegetable oil

    80 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

To prepare the tartlets margarine RUB with sugar powder, yolks. Add baking soda, slaked vinegar, and salt. Gradually add the flour, stir, get the dough that thin layer is applied to form and bake tartlets at a temperature of 180 - 190*C until Golden brown.

For the filling fry in part oil the onion and mushrooms, sliced, cooled and add the remaining oil and the lemon juice.

Sprinkle with crushed garlic, a teaspoon of chopped herbs and plenty of pepper. Gently stir and allow to stand for 30 minutes. Mushroom salt mass, add shrimp, sweet pepper and mix well.

Spread the prepared mixture into the tartlets and top with a spread of caviar and decorate with greens.
