Bread tartlets with beetroot puree and herring
For the competition "Queen of the buffet. "

Ingredients

  • Bread

    200 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Herring

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

Onion peeled,cut into thin half-rings.In vinegar to dissolve the sugar,add in the onions,stir and leave to stand for 30 min.

Bread mince.

Add butter and egg.

Knead the dough.

Sort the dough on the molds.Bake at 200 degrees for 20 min.

Boil beetroot,peel and chop into a puree.Add the cream and salt.

Herring fillets cut into pieces.

In each slice put a beet puree,a piece of herring.Decorate with pickled onion and dill.
