Jellied quail eggs
For the holiday table, I think a great snack!

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Celery root

  • Quail egg

    16 piece

  • Leeks

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vinegar

Cooking

Blue onion cut into half rings and marinate in the dining vinegar, the gelatin to dissolve.

Boil 2 whole carrots+celery (root, I dried)+leek (a bit)+Bolg. pepper (a bit)+salt+pepper. to Cook the vegetable broth for 10 minutes.

Eggs, peel carrots cut into "flower" as in the photo, the shape of the filler lay eggs and carrots

Broth, strained from under the vegetables, mix with gelatine, strain and cool.

On carrots put thinly sliced bell pepper.

Of pepper fennel and marinated blue bow.

All pour the broth with gelatin and put in holodilnik for freezing.
