Fragrant, delicate and useful. Recently saw for the second time this tea. Also from Indian cuisine.

  • Ginger

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Water

    3 l

  • Sugar

Ginger root clear from the top of peel (peel fresh potatoes, top film). The picture 2 of the root portion is designed for 15-20 people.

After cut it into cubes.

Put in a pot of boiling water, squeeze the lemon juice and cut into cubes lemon peel, too, put in a saucepan. Fall asleep sugar to taste. All BOIL it. Give a little brew.
