Pear-ginger smoothie cinnamon
Offer to prepare a refreshing pear smoothie. Quick and easy!

Ingredients

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Oat flakes

    25 g

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Yogurt

    120 ml

  • Milk

    180 ml

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Ice

    3 piece

To make this smoothie I used oat flakes wholegrain TM "Mistral".

Was crushed flakes (helped me in this mini-chopper).

Flakes pour warm milk, leave for about 15 minutes.

My pear, peeled and seeds, cut into slices.

Ginger rubbed on a fine grater.

In the bowl of a blender spread cereal with milk, pulp of pear, ginger, cinnamon (just cinnamon, you can leave for the top of the finished smoothie), honey, ice.

Was crushed all the ingredients.

Add yogurt, mix with a blender the ingredients. Pour smoothie into glasses, sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Bon appétit!
