Milky coffee iced
Offer one of many options of iced coffee. The classic iced coffee consists of chilled coffee with a scoop of ice cream. On the origin of the recipe is still under debate. Some experts believe that the birthplace of cold coffee was a mining Austria, others attribute the recipe to French cuisine. Reliably can say that the iced coffee was popular in Paris coffeehouses in the first quarter of the last century. From Europe coffee ice cream moved to America and Japan. And today, this recipe remains popular. Every country has their own variations of cooking recipe.

Ingredients

  • Coffee natural

    4 tsp

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Liqueur

    4 tsp

  • Ice cream

    200 g

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

Coffee mix with sugar, pour cold milk over medium heat and, stirring, bring to a boil. Do not boil! Allow to stand for 20-30 minutes. Then again bring to a boil, cool and strain through a coffee filter.

Chilled tall glasses, fill up half of the cooled coffee, pour the liqueur evenly, put in each glass ball of ice cream. Serve with straws. Ice cream on top with grated chocolate, decorate with canned cherries or fresh berries.
