Cooking

step-0
From flour, oil, vinegar, one egg, salt, milk and sour cream, knead the dough. I RUB everything together with your hands, simultaneously adding flour or liquid if necessary.
step-1
The dough turns soft and elastic. Send it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
step-2
For the filling cut onion coarsely and fry in vegetable oil with the addition of soy sauce and balsamic. Of course you can just fry it, but the sauces give the aroma and taste.
step-3
Tomatoes cut into slices.
step-4
Now for the fill. Mix the eggs, cream, sour cream, a little salt, half the grated cheese and greens. All mix well. You can add black pepper or Chile.
step-5
Take out the dough from the refrigerator, roll out. Form grease with vegetable oil, put the dough to high sides.
step-6
Put half of the tomatoes on the dough.
step-7
Pour half of the sauce, then spread the tomatoes and pour the remaining sauce. Bend the edges of the dough to make a "pouch". Sprinkle the filling with grated cheese and put it into the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
step-8
Our cake is ready! There can be both hot and cold. I like it better when it cooled, the filling thickens and turns a souffle.
