Warm salad with tongue
Summer vacationing with her husband at sea, once had dinner in the coastal cafe "Caesar& quot;. Here are the necessary products for the salad.

Language pre-boil in salted water (2-2,5 hours). I prefer beef tongue. It tastes better and is easier to clean. I boiled the language down under running cold water for 5 minutes, then skin immediately peeled off "like a sock". Cut a piece of language for the salad. And cut it into rings.
