Tomatoes with a surprise
My husband thinks that to cook the meat on the picnic is strictly the prerogative of men. But all the snacks are on me. Offer you the original recipe snack - tomatoes with egg. Prepared simply and quickly, and eaten in a jiffy. As a bonus salad.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

We can use any tomatoes, even those hard and tasteless like mine. Turn on the oven to maximum.

Onions cut into rings and lightly fry them in 1 tbsp oil.

To the onions add the marinated mushrooms and lightly saute in the juice, which will vytaplivaete from the mushroom when frying.

If You still have a little stuffing, feel free to add to it some green peas and boiled chicken (or smoked meat, sausage). Mix.
