The cheesecake
When once again turn off the heating, the long-awaited my husband's salary is still no (and money is very tight), and the elections in the country (after which it is unknown what to expect), it's just, well, a bummer. And all sorts of petty nastiness fall on my head at the same time. It remains only to go to the kitchen and cook something tasty, still left products))) Well, and the something cake - chocolate-cheese-to ecosophy and very tender!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Coconut shavings

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Pudding

    1 pack

  • Condensed milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Essence

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

Cooking

For the base, mix the butter (cold, chopped with a knife), sugar, flour, baking powder and rum essence (optional) and coconut flakes. Get bulk mass, which is compacted in the shape and refrigerate while making the filling

For the filling, mix cottage cheese, egg yolks, condensed milk, sour cream, baking powder and pudding. I, as always, was a total bummer, because I churned with a mixer, and the grains of curd are left (but it is not for everybody, want a homogeneous mass - beat blender, I'm too lazy)

Beat the whites separately with sugar and enter in the bulk

Bake at 180 deg. about an hour (guided by the smell)))
