Granola bars Fruit
The recipe is simple, quick and healthy — no sugar and other unnecessary sweeteners, no animal products. Using only natural ingredients! Liked and two year old son, and grandma (she has diabetes), and the husband was eating with milk :)

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    250 g

  • Apple

    300 g

  • Pear

    150 g

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Nuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Raisins

    100 g

Cooking

For making these bars, I use cereal oat bran from TM "Mistral"

Measure out desired amount of cereal, add chopped dried fruit. I have dates and dried apricots.

After you add nuts, I used a mix of walnuts and hazelnuts. Apples and pear three on a grater. With one Apple I peel not removed, but then decided that the Apple and pear must still be cleaned.

Thoroughly mash the banana with a fork into a puree.

Add the banana to the mixture with the cereal. Carefully stir the mixture to the fruit juice is soaked into the cereal, and the banana is distributed evenly. The form for baking parchment zastelil. I have a form 29х20 see Spread "dough" on the parchment, and spread with stamps.

Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 180 C, until Golden top. Let cool slightly and can be cut. The bars are soft, and can be toothless :))
