Surprise your guests with this unusual cake, and they will love Your ingenuity ;) Fillings for the layers can be any of Your choice. I propose a rice-spinach layer, rice-ginger, tomato-Basil and rice layer with paprika and cumin. Try it :)

Ingredients

    75 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Agar-agar

  • Broth

    325 ml

  • Lemon juice

    4 tsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Cumin

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Bread

Rice pour in boiling water (600 ml).

Boil until tender.

Cook rice and spinach layer. Spinach thawed, the Gulf of hot water, then wring out (water not drained). Grind the spinach with a blender with the vegetable oil and the water from the spinach (50 ml). Agar-agar soak in water (50 ml) before swelling.

Half of the rice placed in the bowl of a blender, add the spinach.

Grind and add the garlic, passed through a press, salt, pepper and broth.

Beat. Agar-agar, bring to boil, boil until dissolved, then pour in the rice-spinach weight and quickly stir.

Spread rice with spinach and ground form (16х16см, volume 1.1 l), covered with cling film. Leave at room temperature.

Prepare rice-ginger layer. Agar-agar soak in water (25 ml) before swelling. Half of the remaining rice, place in a blender, add the broth (50 ml) and whip. Add ginger, salt, pepper and lemon juice and whisk.

Agar-agar, bring to boil, boil until dissolved, then pour into the rice-ground ginger, quickly stir.

Put rice and ground ginger over rice-spinach layer.

To prepare the tomato layer. Agar-agar soak in water (50 ml) before swelling. In broth (125 ml) to dissolve the tomato paste, add tomato sauce with Basil, mix well.

Agar-agar, bring to boil, boil until dissolved, then pour in the tomato mass, stir. Pour over rice-ginger layer.

To prepare rice layer with paprika. Agar-agar soak in water (25 ml) before swelling. The rest of the rice put in the bowl of a blender, add the broth (50 ml, if the rice has cooled, broth should be warm) and whisk. Add the paprika, salt and pepper, to fluff.

Add the cumin, and add lemon juice, mix well. Agar-agar, bring to boil, boil until dissolved, then pour in the rice mass, stir.

To spread weight over a frozen tomato layer. Cool.

Carefully remove the jelly from the mold, cut into portions (6-8pcs.)

Each portioned piece to put on the bread (or crusty bread), cut along the contour of the cupcake.
