Gur pancakes
Tender pancakes with a creamy taste - great Breakfast for the whole family!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Separate eggs into yolks and whites. Softened butter to mix with egg yolks and sugar.

Sift the flour and mix well. Get a big soft baby. Pour the yogurt, stir to avoid lumps, cover the bowl of dough and leave for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, beat egg whites with a pinch of salt and gently, in stages, add to the batter.

Bake pancakes, laying out two tablespoons of dough in center of pan. Very tasty with sour cream and jam. Bon appetit!
