Soup cream cheese with mushrooms
The recipe is simple, but the soup was very tasty. From the magazine "School of Gastronome".

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Soft cheese

    250 g

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Water

    1 l

Cooking

To prepare food, wash and peel the vegetables. Slice the mushrooms into thin slices.

Potatoes and carrots cut into small cubes.

Onion finely chopped.

In a saucepan, boil 1 liter of water, add the vegetables and simmer for 15 minutes.

Until the vegetables are cooked, fry in vegetable oil mushrooms and onions, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.

Cheese cut into cubes.

Cooked vegetables whisk together with broth in a blender until smooth puree.

Return puree to saucepan, add cheese and stir until it is dissolved.

Lower the mushrooms and onions to the soup, season with salt and pepper to taste, bring the soup to a boil and immediately remove from heat.

    шикарный суп получился. спасибо за рецепт. только с сыром стало не понятно. какой именно нужен? подойдёт ли "дружба"? я взяла хохланд для супа.
