Spicy appetizer of eggplant with cottage cheese
Kanapeckas will not eat - this is the motto I suggest to try this simple but very tasty snack. Sharp and delicate cream cheese with garlic and herbs gives the eggplant a unique flavor!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Cheese curd

    150 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Greens

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

Eggplant wash, cut not very thin slices, salt and leave for 20 min Rinse with cold water, a little dry.

To breaded eggplant in the following way: each circle alternately dipped in vegetable oil and then in flour. The flour can be lightly salt. Fry eggplant in a pan in vegetable oil.

Make a sauce: cheese Almette (or any other cream cheese) mixed with crushed press garlic and chopped herbs.

Put the sauce on the fried slice of eggplant, cover it with another piece. I built a pyramid of three rings. If the eggplant is smaller, the pyramid can be higher.

Insert the skewer. Can one of the rings of eggplant fold in half and put on top of the canopy.

You can decorate with a cherry tomato cut in half. The food is ready! I prefer the eggplant cold, so before serving, and put it in the fridge.
