Gentle roll
If someone for new year's table is already collecting retseptiki, take note of, and while you try to cook now that there was no doubt that it will really appeal to your guests. Prepared in minutes. It turns out very tasty. Especially those who love cheese with garlic and mayonnaise, but there is still the taste of eggs. Taste like salad.


  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    175 g

  • Cheese

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Salt


Take 4 eggs and mix with mayonnaise, add salt to taste.
The resulting mass is poured onto parchment paper on a baking sheet and bake in a hot oven for an omelet large leaf, until light Golden brown, about 10 minutes at a temperature of 180 degree (when started to bubble, so ready). Allow to cool a little and carefully, together with the parchment roll. Flip simple: cover a baking sheet a large cutting Board and turn over, the seam will be on the Board.
2 processed cheese grate on a coarse grater.
Add the garlic, any finely chopped fresh herbs ( I dill), season with mayonnaise.
Spread the roulade filling.
Gently roll roll, wrap in clingfilm and put into the fridge. You can sprinkle chopped herbs or something to decorate.
To prepare better the night before, and then on the table, cut into slices. Bon appetit!!!
