Custard pancakes with kefir
Amazing pancakes!!! If You want a laced and perforated pancakes, this recipe is for YOU!!!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    500 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

In a pot pour kefir, add the eggs (you can pre-eggs whip), salt and sugar.

Stir until smooth. Put the pan on fire and heat, stirring constantly, to a temperature of ~60 degrees. The pan remove from heat and add the sifted flour to the consistency of the dough, as for pancakes.

In a Cup of boiling water to dissolve the baking soda and stir. Pour boiling water into the batter, stirring constantly. In the dough pour vegetable oil and mix again.

Dough let stand for about 30-40 minutes. Baking pancakes in a frying pan well to heat and grease with vegetable oil. Pour onto hot pan, about 1 ladle of the dough. Quickly spread the dough over the entire surface of the pan, shaking it. Bake until the pancake edges begin to dry (bottom should be brown).

Using the spatula flip the pancake to other side and bake.
