The stomachs of chicken with mushrooms
A rich, aromatic and very tasty dish ... try it, you will not regret!!!

Ingredients

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Chicken stomachs

    1 kg

  • Vegetable oil

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

Cooking

Purified chicken popochki rinse and put to boil in salted water to simmer until tender (1-1. 5 hours).

Mushrooms wash, cut and fry in vegetable oil until tender.

Ready stomachs cut into pieces, add in the fried mushrooms.

Sour cream, chopped garlic cloves, spices (my paprika 0.5 tsp.), mix, add 50 -100 ml of water, mix again, and pour the mixture gizzards with mushrooms, saute 15 minutes.

Serve with any side dish (I had makaroshki). BON APPETIT!!!
