Ingredients

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    40 g

  • Semolina

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Fat

    100 g

  • Sauerkraut

    250 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Sauerkraut saute in a pan until tender.

In a bowl, mix the cheese, breadcrumbs, semolina and eggs. Knead with a spoon.

In a saucepan boil water. Salt. Drop the dumplings into the boiling water. When the dumplings float, then cook for another 3-4 minutes.
