Eggs stuffed with
I have from sushi (or land?) smoked salmon and a bit of ready brine shrimp. This is the appetizer turned out.

Ingredients

  • Chum

    70 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Shrimp

  • Green onions

  • Mayonnaise

No America. Just a beautiful combination of delicate fish and eggs. Instead of lettuce, another option toppings. Fish thoroughly searched from the bones. Chum salmon is not so pink as salmon, and the taste of it is different. We like.

Boil eggs, cut in half, yolks mix with the fish, finely chopped green onions. For soft add the mayonnaise.

Stuff half the eggs, top with attached krevetok. I put them a little more, it tastes better.
