Dairy ice cream according to GOST
We all remember the ice cream? And ice cream sundaes? Creme brulee? All this reminds me of school when my friends and I were waiting for the bus after school... So it is impossible to avoid milk and ice cream. Where I live now, there are no such kinds of ice cream, I really miss it. I decided to make ice cream itself. Did and the ice cream, and milk. Milk I liked even more, it has a delicate taste and a great consistency.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    390 g

  • Dry milk

    25 g

    75 g

  • Corn starch

The ice cream is ready to pour into a container and freeze. If you don't have ice cream, then you pour the milkshake in a deep dish, put in the freezer for about 40-60 minutes, take out every 15-20 minutes and whisk it with a mixer. Then pour into a container and put in the freezer for storage. Before serving, remove from freezer for 5-10 minutes to let the ice cream slightly thawed, so it's easier to divide it into balls.
