Chocolate liqueur
Love chocolate liqueurs (well, sometimes of course)! Recently looked at a bottle in the ingredients, and there are 6 different supplements! Came to the conclusion that I'd rather do it myself, especially since it is very simple! It turns out a creamy chocolate taste! Chewy and moderately sweet. The degree can be adjusted!

Ingredients

  • Vodka

    250 ml

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Milk

    600 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    160 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    8 g

Tried different, bitter chocolate + sugar, milk and very little sugar. In both cases, very tasty! This time I took 200g. that's the kind of chocolate + 50 gr. bitter sugar (not off).

Chocolate to grate (I have broken into pieces because my chocolate was stuffed). Add chocolate to saucepan with milk, cream, sugar and vanilla sugar. In a separate bowl beat the eggs just until smooth and add to the milk mass. Mix well and put on a slow fire.

Keep on the heat to dissolve the chocolate and sugar (always stir with a whisk), do not boil. The liquid should not boil!!! If the chocolate is not dissolved completely (poor quality chocolate), you can crush the immersion blender, but not for long, as the cream will begin to vzbivayte. When the chocolate is completely dissolved, add vodka and bring some more liquor to warm up well, but do not boil!!!

If you want the liqueur to drain! Pour while still hot into bottles, allow to cool completely and store in a cool place.

I try after a couple of hours after cooling! Delicious and without additives! It turns out about 1.5 liters of liquor!
