Salad
Very easy to prepare eggplant salad.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 kg

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Mayonnaise

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Eggplant peel and cut into cubes.

Add 4 raw eggs.

Mix well and leave for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, peel the onion and cut into half rings. Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Leave to cool.

After 1 hour fry our eggplant in small amount of vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Eggplant pepper, add mushroom seasoning. Taste and then season with salt. As the seasoning is salty and we can oversalt the dish.

After our eggplant has cooled, add the onion and season the salad with mayonnaise.
