Salad
Simple, easy to prepare, healthy and rich in variations... of Course, the title does not reveal the flavor of this salad, so I'll describe: fresh, spicy, sweet, tangy, crispy and truly spring. And the sauce is so tasty that it can then collect the bread, although not very well :)

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    1 plug

  • Green onions

    7 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

  • Vinegar

    40 ml

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Maple syrup

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Cabbage finely chop.

Carrots grate on a grater for Korean carrot.

To make the dressing: mix olive oil and sesame oil, rice vinegar and maple syrup and mix well. Optionally add salt and pepper.

Mix chopped cabbage, carrots, shredded greens and sesame seeds.

Add the dressing and mix thoroughly. Without losing flavor, the salad can be stored in the refrigerator up to 2 days.
