Salad with chicken breast
Why do you think the salad is called? It's simple: once the salad enters the mouth, it almost melts. This salad is one characteristic – lightweight and super-soft.

  • Cabbage

  • Chicken breast

  • Chicken egg

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Onion

  • Essence

    1 tsp

  • Mayonnaise

  • Salt

In the cabbage I only use the tip.

1. Shred cabbage in thin stripes.

2. Finely chop the onion, add the vinegar, pour boiling water, leave for 5 minutes, then through a fine sieve or colander to drain the water (this is done in order to bow the bitterness left and the bow was a bit pickled).

3. Cucumbers cut into small dice.

4. Cook hard-boiled eggs, peel and finely chop.

5. Chicken breast boil (after boiling cook for 30 minutes), breast a little cool, separate the meat from the bones and cut into cubes.

6. Combine all the ingredients, add mayonnaise, mix well (at first it may seem that the mayonnaise is not enough, so I stir the salad - cabbage and cucumber will give the juice and all will be fine). The salad is ready! Help yourself!
