Delicate cheese souffle with a light sour berries

    250 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Berry

These products we will need

Proteins separated from the yolks. Then mix the cheese, sour cream, semolina, sugar and egg yolks.

All mix blender. Whisk the whites to peaks and gently introduced into cottage cheese
