The most delicious fat
This is vxone bacon I have ever eaten or made, very tasty, believe me, found it somewhere online and now I only do this recipe. The fat is obtained as pork in moderation cooked, I don't know maybe someone does not like that, but we really enjoyed it. I hope it will fit too.

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise

Take fresh lard, preferably the peritoneum. Fat wash, wipe and cut length of about 8-10 cm, width 5-6 cm, do not be too large pieces.
