Tartlets
Love choux pastry... From it, in fact, these tartaletki. For the competition "Queen of the cocktail."

Ingredients

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Margarine

    80 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Broth

    30 ml

  • Lemon juice

  • Greens

  • Salt

Prepare choux pastry. Water poured into aluminum pan, a little salt and put the chopped margarine.

As soon as the water boils, pour back the sieved flour, make a interesting fire and wood (!) with a spoon start stirring. When the dough is rolled into one big ball, turn off the heat and allow the dough to cool.

Hardly it has cooled, add 2 eggs. Add one (!) the egg, stir each well with batter until the flour and only then add the second. It is recommended to interfere in one direction only. Don't know why, but hearing this advice, always do.

Get smooth dough.

Put in oiled molds. Bake at 200C for 40min. The oven in the first 20 minutes do not open!

I have long since not baked éclairs and forgot how good they grow:-D get here are gigantic. They should be tverden. Leave them to cool a bit right in the mold, and then they jump out of it:-)

2 eggs 50ml of milk and whisk, add salt. Pour on a hot griddle and cover with a lid. In the end, we have mouth-watering lush for some scrambled eggs, similar to the lunar surface:-) Put it on a plate

Shrimp boil in salted water. Clean. Or take already shelled.

The cheese melts in the pan, pour into it the herbs, press the garlic, sprinkle with lemon juice and pour the broth. All stir until smooth and add the shrimp. A bit tormented and remove from heat.

The tartlets make a small hole and stuff them first with slices of eggs, then shrimp and cheese.
