Another simple but very tasty and beautiful appetizer. The idea saw somewhere finally got around - was very pleased with the result!
Ingredients

Mayonnaise

Cooking
Sweet peppers should be cut into small cubes.
Processed cheese grate on a fine grater (pre-it is better to put in the freezer for 10 minutes - easier to RUB). With a fork, thoroughly mix cheese, pepper, crushed garlic, paprika, and if you add the mayonnaise.
Now all vykladyvaem in tarts
And served on a platter on lettuce leaves.
