Cold oatmeal soup with vegetables
Easy diet soup, I hope, will be relevant in the female half of the site in anticipation of spring. Low-calorie, vitamin and very easy to prepare!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Broccoli

    40 g

  • Green peas

    40 g

  • Dill

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

In natural yogurt, add oat flakes and mix. I have extra oat flakes TM "Mistral". Leave in the fridge for 4-5 hours to flakes swelled (at night).

Broccoli and peas (I had frozen) cook for 2-3 minutes, then drain in a sieve and drench with ice water, allow to drain water

To swollen oatmeal, add broccoli and peas, you can add the dill (or any other greens)

Grind in a blender into a puree, add salt to taste.

The soup looks very light, perfect for low calorie lunch or dinner.
