Ingredients

Quail egg

Bread
2 slice

Sausage
2 slice

Cheese
1 slice

Onion
Cooking
With bread cut off the crusts, roll out with a rolling pin and grease with vegetable oil.
Gently put the bread in the molds and bake in the oven until Golden brown. (or in the microwave in grill mode for 5 minutes)
Sliced sausage and onion mix.
Spread in the pastry.
Put a piece of cheese and send baskets for 3-4 minutes in a hot oven,
(or for a minute in the microwave) to the cheese slightly melted.
Meanwhile, fry the scrambled eggs from quail eggs. Put two eggs in each basket and served to the table.
Decorate as desired. Bon appetit!
