Two-layer jelly
Useful such filler in the heat of summer. And on a celebratory table to put shame.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Sausage

    50 g

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Broth

    400 ml

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

Cooking

Gelatin to dissolve in hot broth.

Pour in the mayonnaise and beat.

In a greased form pour the parsley.

Pour 1/2 of the gelatin-mayonnaise mass.Put in refrigerator for freezing.

Eggs cut in half and put it on a frozen layer of "jelly".The gaps to fill sausage,diced.

Cucumber cut into slices and put between the halves of the eggs.

In the remaining 1/2 of the mass,add the ketchup,stir well, and pour eggs,sausage and cucumber.Put in refrigerator until cool.
