Soufflé green peas
If your large and small squeamish Sims don't like peas, then this recipe is just for you. My husband said, would not know that the peas would have guessed. Very gentle and easy. Well on the side, and as an independent, easy dish.


  • Peas

    1 cup

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

  • Salt


Peas, rinse, cover with warm water and put on fire. When it boils, reduce fire to the minimum and simmer until the peas not mushy, about 30 minutes. Salt.
When the peas seethe and became the consistency is like a porridge, remove from the heat and put it in a piece of butter, as much as is usually put in the porridge. Give peas a little cool. Then add to the sour cream and eggs and mix everything well with a blender.
Capacity for rice from the steamer is greased with oil and pour out the mixture of peas. put in a steamer for 30 minutes.
When souffle is ready, spread it on a plate and carefully cut. Can be served hot with sour cream, or as a side dish. I cooled down even more like it. Bon appetit!
