Chicken-liver pate

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Chicken liver

    300 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Butter

    150 g

  • The processed cheese

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Allspice

  • Vegetable oil


The chicken boil, separate the fillet from the bones.
Liver wash well, remove grease, films, salt, pepper, fry in sunflower oil for 5-7 minutes.
Onions cut into large cubes, carrots grate on a grater, fry in vegetable oil until soft. Divide into 2 parts.
Put in the combine chicken, half of the onion with carrots, processed cheese and half of butter, a good grind for 5-7 minutes, the paste is whipped well and is very soft and airy. To try salt and pepper, if you are satisfied, put in a bowl.
Doing the same procedure with the liver. Too beat for another 5-7 minutes. Taste for salt.
I got about the same amount of two pastes... it is Theoretically possible to throw everything together in a food processor and mix, but I decided to experiment.
Foil greased with vegetable oil so that the paste did not stick, put first half the chicken pate, then a layer of liver, then another layer of chicken. Turned all the rolls and sent in the fridge!
