Yeast sugar cookies
Of low products which usually is in the house, for a short time and without effort You will have delicious sugar cookies. Please note that proofing the dough in this recipe is not required and all products are in grams.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Brown sugar

    60 g

  • Flour

    190 g

  • Yeast

    20 g

  • Water

    40 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Vanilla

    2 g

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Crumble the yeast, pour warm water, add 1 tsp of sugar. A good stir and leave for 10 minutes. the Yeast should be very fresh, otherwise, they may present yeast smell.

Melt butter and allow to cool. Sift flour, combine with salt, powdered sugar and vanilla. To connect with oil-yeast mixture. Quickly knead soft, dont stick to hands dough.

Just divide the dough into pieces. Pulling rolls in length. Sugar pour into a bowl and rolled in sugar so that the sausage was liberally covered with sugar.

Sugar cut sausage into equal pieces and put on baking tray. If you are afraid that they will stick to it then cover it with baking paper.

Bake at t = 180 about 20-30 min. until Golden brown.
