Let's warm the oil in a pan. Fry the finely chopped onion, a little roasted. Added chopped garlic, then finely chopped parsley (more parsley the better). A little off (1-2 minutes).
Spread the potatoes. Take 0.5 liters of hot water. Just want to say that you can in it dissolve the bouillon cube, I'm not a fan, so I mixed water with a spoon of vegetta - you can take any seasoning or do without it, only then you should water salt. Water we have 0.5 liter, pour into the pan about a third. B total, just to cover the bottom.
