Again, an absolute impromptu, and again in the bull's eye. Just gorgeous mushroom sauce.
1. Fry 100 g mushrooms until Golden brown. Grind.
2. Melted cheese cut into small pieces.
3. In a pan put the mushrooms and cheese. Pour in the whipped cream. Next, I used the Astoria sauce (sour cream with mushrooms), but you can do sour cream. Put on a slow fire. Stir up until cheese is fully melted. Add salt to taste and give more to stew on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. The sauce should be thick. Bon appetit!
