Daisy of mastic
Extremely easy and beautiful, but how much fun!

  • Marshmallows

    100 g

  • Powdered sugar

    150 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

I have used these molds, but you can use the molds from plasticine sets, or for cookies.
Roll out the fondant and cut out flowers for getting volume roll out the middle of the leaf with a thin stick.
For parts roll the ball and presses it to the strainer to get the "stamens". Glue all with water (a little water).
Cake covered with fondant, well pressed and cut off the excess. I had a honey cake with sour cream and the top and sides. Paste nothing happened, not soaked. The ribbon is cut from the pink putty and carefully glue with water, form a bow and glue on top of the flowers. Make out the top. My daughter would like the Daisy from ourselves, we do not have volume (they need to do in advance and a few days to dry) put the half on top and to the side. In my opinion not too bad.
Well, that's what we've got! Thank you to all the cooks for the recipe and for the idea!
