The red onion marmalade with cranberries
A very tasty marmalade! Bright natural flavor of the marmalade is ideal for meat, poultry, and also serve as a good spread on toast, goes well with cheese. Perfect for a healthy diet.

Ingredients

  • Red onion

    3 piece

  • Cranberry

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

Red onion cut into large flat slices

In hot olive or vegetable oil add onion, fry until it changes color, add salt and freshly ground pepper, simmer for 15-20 minutes on low heat

Then add sugar, Apple cider vinegar, put out before the evaporation of the liquid and add one Cup of cranberries or cranberry sauce, continue to simmer until cooked cranberries.
