Mix the mustard powder with a small amount of sugar (1/4-1/2 teaspoon, depending on the volume of the jar), a pinch of salt.
step-1
Pour boiling water stirring constantly. It is necessary to stir very thoroughly, leaving no lumps. Adding the boiling water, gradually bring to the consistency of thick yogurt. Add a little lemon acid on a knife tip (you can substitute a few drops of lemon juice or vinegar). Very tight fitting screw-on lid. The jar is very well wrap it up and put it in a dry, warm place for 1 night. (The mustard can be consumed in 2 hours, but better to let it "brew". ) Prepared mustard can be stored in the refrigerator, always in a sealed cover up to 1 month. Further, it significantly loses its pungency. On the table is better to put a separate small gorcichner each time filling it with fresh mustard from the jar. Bon appetit!
