Take a loaf of white bread, cut top crust, take out the crumb, leaving just 1-1,5 cm from the peel.
Half of crumb finely crumble and pour cream, and the rest of the crumb can be put in the freezer, will have their breadcrumbs in the future.
Chicken fillet finely chop, salt, pepper, add seasoning to chicken, sprinkle with a little vegetable oil. Pan fry chicken fillet, bacon, optional - chopped onion, mushrooms (your favorite).
All cool it down and mix with the crumb and cream. Fill with a mixture of loaf, spread on top of a mug of tomato (optional), lightly grease with mayonnaise.
Put in oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Then take out of the oven, sprinkle with cheese and place into the oven for 3-5 minutes.
