Fillets cut into arbitrarily. Covered with paprika, a little cumin petalcingo. Add salt, pepper. Pour milk. Leave for half an hour. Add gelatin, mix well, pour in the water. Our mix put in sleeve and put in some form (like a log). Bake at 180-200 C for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool in the oven for 40-60 minutes. And in the end put away in the fridge for 3-4 hours. Bon appetit! PS. Instead of cumin you can add nutmeg, coriander, herbs. The dish taste add spices.
