Description
A good roll of green pancakes with spicy cheese and smoked trout. Will delight You and Your loved ones on weekdays and holidays. This recipe was published in 2008 by chef Marinka called "Roulade of trout" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
To prepare the dough for pancakes: whisk eggs, whey (milk), flour, a pinch of salt. Add the chopped greens.
Fry in butter 7 thin pancakes.
Mix grated cheese, sour cream, horseradish (adjust the spiciness yourself!) I added 1 tsp of horseradish to kill the taste of trout. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, a pinch of sugar.
Pancakes to lay out on the foil overlap. Lubricate the cheese mass.
And leave in the fridge for a few hours.
