Steam cutlets with a side dish of broccoli
The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Avarias called "Cutlets" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". In my opinion, this is a great dish that can be safely attributed to the category "Healthy eating".

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    0.333 plug

  • Broccoli

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cream

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Parmesan

  • Ginger

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

The difference in the number of ingredients is because I'm not all the components taken as indicated by the author.
Missed through the meat grinder meat together with carrots, cabbage, garlic and onions. Salt, a little pepper. Fresh ginger I had, added, like, 1/3h.l. for my taste it turned out not very serious, but I'm still not used to ginger, I'm afraid to overdo it. Same with the garlic, just in case, instead the author 2 cloves, put 1. Sprinkled with semolina, put cream, all carefully mix.
For the side dish I decided to cook broccoli in cream with egg. If broccoli grind in a blender, you get a souffle, but I for decoration photo needed the whole inflorescence. Whipped whisk the cream with the eggs. Do not get tired to remind young Housewives that eggs, before use, be sure to wash with warm water.
In one layer put into the tank steamers cabbage.
Filled with whipped egg cream.
Sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese. I think you can use any hard cheese, and processed cheese should be cut into thin slices.
In the second vessel of a double boiler, I put the cakes that are formed from minced meat.
The lower tier steamer – meatballs, top with broccoli. Start the timer for 40 minutes. Time may need less, but because broccoli is frozen, and I installed that. Here is needed only experience. All steamers are different.
That's what happened in 40 minutes. It's burgers.
And this is a side dish.
