Cooking

step-0
Languages to wash, pour water and put to boil.
step-1
After I removed the foam from the broth (so the broth transparent), clean and put a whole onion, carrots, Bay leaf, peppercorns and cook all until tender.
step-2
While cook languages, and vegetables, prepared products for decoration. Those are the products that are useful to us.
step-3
Boiled tongue cut into small cubes. Pre-soaked gelatin and dissolve in the broth. Broth salt to taste.
step-4
In a bowl, in which you will make the aspic, pour the gelatinous broth, about 1-2 cm Put in the fridge to solidify.
step-5
Until the gelatin hardens, do some decoration. On the plate lay a figure, carefully pour the gelatin and place into the fridge (this step I forgot to take a picture). After complete curing of the gelatin is taken from the refrigerator in the form with a frozen jelly and prepared flowers. Flowers gently remove with a knife and transfer them, turning face, and the frozen jelly.
step-6
Then gently pour the broth and put back into the fridge. Then fall asleep chopped tongue, green peas and corn. Pour the broth to cover all ingredients.
step-7
After complete curing of the filler get out of the fridge, turn on a dish, a little pre-heated the bottom of the dish, which prepared the aspic.
step-8
I poured in the silicone form. So get started and its execution. And the frozen jelly put our carrot flowers.
step-9
On top of the flowers, stack the slices of egg.
step-10
Then put the sliced tongue, green peas and corn. All pour broth and put into the fridge until fully cured.
step-11
But this filler was obtained from silicone mold.
