Deviled eggs
I want to offer you deviled eggs called "Casino". Why this name? Don't know, I saw the menu in the restaurant.

  • Chicken egg

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Meat

  • Green onions

  • Mayonnaise

  • Lettuce

Boil hard-boiled eggs, cut lengthwise, remove the yolks, mash with a fork. Finely chop cucumber, green onions, meat or even instead of meat to cut herring or salted salmon. Salt is not necessary, because the salinity is from meat or fish. All mix and pour mayonnaise, filled with proteins.
