Cucumber Charlotte
Very nice, fresh and tasty. Done quickly and the result is impressive.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Cracker

    1 cup

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Gelatin

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    5 Tbsp

  • Cucumber

Melt the butter and mix with cracker crumbs, lemon juice and zest. Season with salt and pepper. Stir and tightly lay at the bottom of the form.

Cucumber peel and RUB on a coarse grater. Leave for some time and then squeeze the juice.

In a large bowl put the cottage cheese. Whip it with a mixer with the egg yolks. Add sour cream and garlic. Salt and pepper to taste, mix with grated cucumber.

Gelatin cover with water. Dissolve in the microwave or on the stove. Add gelatin to cheese mixture and stir.

Beat egg whites in the stable foam and gently combine with cheese mixture.

Spoon to spread it in separable form. Lightly shake the form to the mixture spreads evenly. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
